The best Morning habit Ever

We can all identify with and relate to feeling lethargic and grumpy when we wake up.

I would argue that it is this very combination of emotion is the reason for many of us failing to exercise when we wake up early in the morning, what if I told you that if you were to exercise in the morning that grumpy and lethargic feeling will disappear and satisfaction and contentment will replace them?

When you exercise in the morning not only are you taking care of your body (that in itself should be enough of a motivating factor for you), but you are also taking care of your mind and by extension your mood.

Can you imagine how much better your days would become if you were to be one of those ‘annoying’ morning people?

I am not saying that exercising in the morning will make you a chipper and enthusiastic individual, but it will make you prepared to tackle the day.

Regular exercise will boost your energy levels, that is a scientific fact.

So, if you are always lethargic and tired, put down the third cup of coffee and do some jumping jacks.

If you want to increase your productivity, but you have trouble focusing for prolonged periods, guess what? Exercise will improve your focus.

A study in 2019 published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine discovered that exercise in the morning improves your attention, visual learning, and decision-making.

The best reason for exercising in the morning (in my opinion) is the improvement of mood.

Exercise is the best remedy to stress, your brain produces those delicious endorphins (the feel-good hormone) when you exercise, this is the reason millions are addicted to exercise, arguably the best addiction on the face of this planet.

So, if you feel down and out and generally out of sync, exercise, it does not have to be substantial as well! That is the trick; you can do some jumping jacks, or run in place or failing those two, take a brisk walk.

Morning exercise will improve your concentration and focus, give you more energy and make you feel good.

You are doing yourself a disservice by skipping this.

Just do it. (Thanks again Nike).
